JOB TITLE:  Clerical Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:  In your role with the Regulator of the National Lottery, you will be ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of the Office. This will include supporting Heads of Service/Managers with clerical work on a daily basis and communicating and dealing with the public, providing high quality customer service via telephone and email under the supervision of a designated manager. Your IT skills for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email and internet will be utilised to maintain high quality records in a thorough and organised manner.  

In addition, you will provide support to the Finance team by preparing purchase orders and managing supplier queries and to the Communications officer with Media Monitoring as required. The role is wide ranging and varied, where you will develop your administrative skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum 2 years’ Administration experience is essential. Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task as well as being well organised and flexible.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
